  • Do you take insurance?

    Yes, we currently accept most insurances.  We are an approved provider with Cigna, Aetna, Anthem, Magellan, Compsych, Amerigroup, CareSource, United Health Care, Optum.  We are Tricare Certified and currently out-of-network but are working to become an in-network provider.  We also accept EAP Cigna and Aetna and self-pay clients.

  • What type of services do you currently offer?

    We offer clinical mental health counseling, consultations, and life coaching.

  • Do you offer in person or video counseling?

    We currently offer both in-person and telehealth options.  However, there is a process and procedure for in-person visits to protect our health.
