Destiny is a highly skilled and compassionate psychotherapist with 5 years of experience helping individuals overcome various mental health challenges. With a deep understanding of the client has the ability to grow, learn, and make positive changes in their life, even if they are struggling at the moment a CBT and collaborative, client-centered approach empowers the client to find their own answers.

Destiny received a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Troy University. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in areas such as Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Psychosis, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective, Bipolar, and Crisis Interventions.

As a psychotherapist, Destiny follows a mindfulness and CBT approach. She believes that each individual has strengths and resources, even if they cannot immediately recognize them and tailors the therapy approach accordingly, ensuring that it aligns with the client's specific goals and preferences.

Destiny’s areas of expertise include, but are not limited to:

She is committed to providing a confidential and judgement free space where clients can explore their challenges, gain insight, and develop effective coping strategies.
