Belinda is a highly skilled and compassionate psychotherapist with 10 years of experience helping individuals overcome various mental health challenges. With a deep understanding of behavioral and crisis interventions. She prides herself in the joy of watching clients transition from their present state of being to the desired state of being.

Belinda received a Master’s Degree from Union University (MSW, Social Work)

Bachelor’s Degree from Union University (B.S., Organization Leadership)

Bachelor’s Degree from Crichton College (B.S., Psychology)

Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in areas such as Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Substance Abuse, Personality Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, and Trauma.

As a psychotherapist, Belinda follows a client center approach utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). She believes that each individual client is unique and tailors the therapy approach accordingly, ensuring that it aligns with the client’s specific goals and preferences.
